Pricing
Churchill Pointe Inn offers complete wedding packages from May through October. The facility fee includes a complimentary overnight stay in our Honeymoon Suite overlooking beautiful Hubbard Lake along with an exquisite gourmet breakfast for the newlyweds. Also included in your facility fee are flatware, white dinner plates, white table linens, white napkins, tables and chairs for 125 guests, use of the dining room and our 20ft. x 120ft. deck overlooking Hubbard Lake, setup and breakdown, staff for your event and three consultations with our wedding experts. We also have a ceremony site available for use. |

In order to reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and $2000 non-refundable booking fee are required; payable by personal check, money order or cash (a fee will be added for credit card use). This deposit is applied toward the facility fee balance. We reserve wedding dates up to one year in advance. |
Menus
Churchill Pointe Inn is pleased to collaborate your ideas to create your own signature menu for your special day. Our food charge is based on a minimum of 100 guests. To ensure the best possible food and beverage experience, we will finalize all menus and setup for your event at least 30 days prior to your event. Menu prices include cutting of your wedding cake.
No food or beverages may be brought into or removed from the function areas by you or your guests, with the exception of your wedding cake. A customary 18% service charge, as well as Michigan sales tax will be added to the final balance of all food and beverage. |
Beverages
Churchill Pointe Inn offers an assortment of wine, liquor and beer for your wedding. To compliment the bar service, a selection of non-alcoholic beverages to be served is recommended, such as sodas and coffee. We will help you create a unique menu for your wedding. Bartender fees are included in the drink prices. |
Guarantees
Guarantees for your meal must be received 14 days in advance of your wedding. You will be billed for your guarantee(s) plus any additional attendees at your event. You may raise your guarantee within 7 days of the event. |
Wedding Vendors
We ask that all vendors set a time the day of your event that they will setup and a time the following day to breakdown (if necessary). We will provide our business card to you for your vendors. They can call us to set a time or you can call them. |
Additional Rentals
Additional seating or linens can be rented from area venders. Tent rental and bus/taxi services are also available. |
Music
We allow a disc jockey or live music until 12:00am within our facility or the specified area. |
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the date of the event, the client will forfeit all deposits. |
